Changing or Canceling an Order

  • Cancel up to 8 AM on your ship date.
  • Need to modify? Give us 24 hours’ notice to add or remove items.

Changing or Canceling a Subscription

  • Want to skip a box? Email us before the 1st to avoid being charged. 
  • Want to switch weeks? Email us to discuss options. 
  • You can cancel a subscription at any point - just send us an email
  • Subscriptions last for 3 to 6 months and do not auto renew. We'll email you about renewal opportunities!
